By downloading, installing, or using NativeLine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What is NativeLine?

NativeLine is a macOS application that helps you build native iOS apps through AI-assisted development. The Service includes:

• AI-powered code generation via Anthropic's Claude

• iOS Simulator integration

• Apple Developer services integration

• Supabase database integration

• TestFlight and App Store deployment

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NativeLine.

Your Account

Registration — Create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. Keep your credentials secure.

Security — You're responsible for all activity under your account. Contact support@nativeline.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

One Account — Each person may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent limits are prohibited.

Plans & Payment

Billing — Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe in USD.

Cancellation — Cancel anytime. Takes effect at end of billing period. No partial refunds.

Price Changes — 30 days notice for price changes. Continued use = acceptance.

Usage Limits — When you hit your AI usage limit, the service pauses until you upgrade to a higher plan or your next billing cycle begins.

What You Can Do

• Build iOS apps for personal or commercial use

• Publish apps to the App Store

• Use your own Anthropic API key (BYOK plan)

• Integrate third-party services and APIs

What You Cannot Do

• Share account credentials

• Circumvent usage limits or billing

• Build malicious software or malware

• Reverse engineer NativeLine

• Use bots or scrapers

• Resell or redistribute the Service

• Violate any applicable law

Content You Cannot Create

• Illegal content

• Content that infringes IP rights

• Hate, violence, or discrimination

• Malware or harmful code

• Apps that violate Apple's App Store Guidelines

Who Owns What

Your Code — You own everything you create. We claim no rights to your apps, code, or content. Your projects are built directly on your Mac — there's nothing to export because you already have everything.

Our Service — NativeLine software, design, and documentation belong to us.

AI-Generated Code — Use it however you want. No restrictions.

Feedback & Suggestions — If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant us the right to use and implement them without compensation or credit. We're not obligated to use any feedback you provide.

Beta Features

Some features may be labeled as "Beta" or "Experimental." These features:

• Are provided as-is with no guarantees

• May change, break, or be removed at any time

• May have bugs or limited functionality

Use beta features at your own risk.

Third-Party Services

Your Data

Code Processing — To provide AI assistance, portions of your code are sent to Anthropic's servers.

Local Storage — Your projects stay on your Mac. We don't upload or store your complete project files.

Usage Data — We track AI token usage for billing purposes.

Service Availability

Uptime — We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service problems.

Updates — We release updates when we see fit. There are no scheduled maintenance windows — updates are delivered automatically through the app.

Termination — We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations. No refunds for prepaid periods.

Promotional Rights

By using NativeLine, you grant us permission to feature apps you've built in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you don't want your app featured, email support@nativeline.ai and we'll respect your request.

Communication

Important Notices — We'll contact you via email for account, billing, and legal updates.

Product Updates — New features and updates are announced in-app.

Make sure your email address is current.

Disclaimers

As-Is Service — NativeLine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI Limitations — AI-generated code may contain errors or vulnerabilities. You're responsible for reviewing and testing all code.

App Store Approval — We don't guarantee Apple will approve your app.

Third Parties — We're not responsible for Anthropic, Apple, Supabase, or Stripe.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months

• We're not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

Disputes

Governing Law — Texas, USA.

First Step — Contact support@nativeline.ai to resolve informally.

Arbitration — Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration (American Arbitration Association, Texas).

No Class Actions — You agree to resolve disputes individually.

General

• These Terms + Privacy Policy = entire agreement

• If any provision fails, the rest remains

• We can assign these Terms; you cannot

• We may update Terms anytime; continued use = acceptance
